Our newly renovated apartments are situated in a peaceful and quiet area, where a pleasant short walk will take you to beaches, markets, post and bank and other facilities you might need. A beautiful sand beach and nice walking areas are within 5-10 minutes walk from apartments.

Come and listen to the concerts, visit the theatre, walk to the city walls, go to some of the numerous museums, or to a unique aquarium situated in St. John's Fort, see the exhibitions at some of the ten galleries, dance, take photographs, talk, think, dream, and love. If that is not sufficient, go to Cavtat, or visit Trsteno with its Arboretum, or use a regular boat service to see the islands of Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan.

Apartments are situated in a private house in the close vicinity of the most beautiful Dubrovnik promenade Uvala Lapad..The bus stop to the Old Town is situated 100 m far from our house ( the bus traffic every 8-10 minute) Next to the house is the city shopping centre, supermarkets, cafe bars & restaurants, banks,a post office, tourist services and many other facilities for you needs. Our guests can also enjoy the pure sea and unspoiled nature and will have a chance to see the cultural heritage.

There is a newly-renovated apartment at the 1st floor with two double rooms (an extra single bed may be put in one of the bedrooms), bathroom, a kitchen and dining area combined together( for those who loves cooking themselves), satellite TV, microwave, toaster, CD player, washing machine and hairdryer, and a big terrace with a beautiful views of Gruž Bay, Lapad peninsula and the sea.
Nice studio apartment is situated at semi-floor having in the same space living/sleeping room. Kitchen and dinning area are separated with exit to intimate backside terrace.
Additionally, there is a room with own bathroom and balcony at the second floor which can be rented itself or in a combination with apartments.
Guests can use a barbecue upon request.
Street parking available, thus making this apartment suitable for guests with cars. Old Town is reachable by car, bus, or taxi in 10 minutes.
