APARTMENT DU-DBK-0021 is located in a residence building, but with its own separate entrance. Parking is available in front of the apartment.The apartment is located at the bottom floor. It is newly renovated, fully equipped, tastefully decorated. It consists of one sleeping room with a matrimonial bed and a small working corner. The kitchen is separated from dinning/living area with a counter/bar. Dinning/living room are combined together having one big sofa which can be fold out for sleeping two persons.Additionally there is an armchair which can be also fold out for sleeping of one person.There is a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen has pleasant exit to balcony, sitting furnished with a view on the green hill Petka. Additional equipment includes a SAT/TV, air conditioning and washing machine.
This apartment is suitable up to 4 persons, but, if needed, it is possible to accommodate even 5 persons.
