Apartments 0023 are situated in a part of a private stone house at Lapad peninsula, walking distance away from the Old town of Dubrovnik, also reachable by local bus or taxi service. Lapad offers peace and quiet, yet enough buzz for you to explore - shopping area, coffee shops, lovely promenade, pebble beach.

There are two apartments in the house; one studioapartment, air-conditioning, TV, (space ca 30m2) for two persons at the groundfloor with a yard, and other, big one, situated on two floors.The big has space of about 100m2. At the groundfloor there is separate kitchen with dinning area, separate livingarea and inside steps.

On the first floor there are two matrimonial bedrooms, each with own bathroom, and one smaller bedroom with a bathroom on the top of the steps. One of the bigger bedrooms has own balcony.The kitchen is well equipped, there is TV/SAT and air-conditioning.The cozy, shadowed (natural kiwi shadow) court yard is in front of the apartment, a perfect meeting point for an afternoon tea or coffee; it is sitting furnished with a barbecue.

Owner has a sailing yacht and he is ready to make one day excursion with his guests to nearby islets Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan.
