Milna

MILNA - attractive and charming settlement developed at the bottom of the long bay, on the west part of the island Brac spreading towards Split Door and the island of Solta. The atmosphere of the harmonious Mediterranean architecture connected the rural style of the little village houses in the hinterland with the tipical fisherman's houses and the monuments by the sea.

Milna is completely turned to the sea and even today you can sea the changes of the sea everywhere you go around this village. In Milna there are: a promenade area, ACY marina, bank, post office, restaurants and coffe-bars.
Twenty km further is Supetar, the biggest city on the island Brac, where is a boat harbour offering pleasure cruises and ferry services ( everyday frequently connections with city of Split and mainland) and, a wide variety of restaurants and bars, cultural events and night clubs. During the season Milna is daily connected with Split with a speed craft.
There are numeraous bays around where gusest can enjoy in almost complete privacy.
Stories about the beauty of the nearby harbour Bobovisca, the villages Lozisca, Bobovisca and Podhume and the surrounding bays have passed the Croatian borders a long time ago. The crystal clear sea, domestic healthy food, ideal condition for diving, sailing, fishing, and a fast connection to the land: a catamaran from Milna and a ferry from Supetar, an airplane from the 35 km far away Airport Brac, are the main means of the arrival of guests to Milna.
