This house is situated on the elevation named Kuk at the bottom of the bay with amazing view to the almost whole Milna bay; it's stone terraces are orinteted to the west direction; you will take unforgetable memory to sunset you will see from this place. Private property of family Kunac enthraling about 1.000 m2, having vegetable and fruit yard in front of the house. House Kunac is a stone house, surrounded with a yard, big barbeque at the ground covered with light violet glicinia shadow. There are 2 apartments for rent in the house that can be even connected into one bigger apartment on the first fllor of the house. Smaller apartment is suitable for 2-4 persons having a bedroom, bathroom, a kitchen with a livingroom where sofa can be fold out and used as additional bed for 2 persons, and, of course, with big terrace with a sea view. Bigger apartment is with 2 matrimonial bedrooms and one small bedroom for one person, kitchen with dinning-room, bathroom, and also with a big terrace. There is also the third apartment which is situated at the fround floor. This apartment is suitable for maximum three apartments. Guests have at the disposal bed-clothing, kitchen utilities, parking, TV/SAT, air-conditioning in apartment No1 and No2, and use of washing machine.
