A beautiful Villa is probably the fall of expectations about a great time in the sun and dreams about relax.Located on the cape inside indented bay Osibova vala, built on the cliff just twenty-two meters above the sea level and only four meters air distance to the sea, it is exposed to the sun and in the same time hidden between pine-trees.

One will enjoy breading the air; the air refreshed by the sea, rich with a flavor of macchia and filled by murmur of the sea; always different. You will be impressed with a sky, almost painted with all native colors that are changing from dawn light yellow and orange to violet and velvet blue in the evenings, you will be amazed with a night sky and a billions of stars.

Besides the luxury comfort of the Villa created and built in 2006. in combination of the modern architecture and old-fashioned details, the unique beauty of nature has been still untouched.
Situated just outside Milna with its ACY marina, a promenade area as well as markets, bars and restaurants, bank and post offices. Twenty km further is Supetar, the biggest city on the island Brac, where is a boat harbour offering pleasure cruises and ferry services ( everyday frequently connections with city of Split and mainland) and, a wide variety of restaurants and bars, cultural events and night clubs.

There are only two apartments in the Villa. One, at the groundfloor is at owner's disposal, and the other, on the top floor, is offered for rent.The apartment has space of about 100 mq with a terrace (30mq ) that has „L“ plan. Windows which, when opened, are hidden in the walls performing an impression of totally free space; living and dinning area are incorporated into the terrace and outside space!

There are 2 bedrooms, matrimonial one, and other with 2 single beds which can be converted into matrimonial if required. Bathroom with shower, grass green painted, washing machine at disposal; modern kitchen is lively red, supplied with all necessities: large fridge with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, cooking and serving dishes ...It is opened to the dinning area with a possibility to be closed by a gliding door. Living and dinning area take the largest part of the apartment, completely orientated to the sea with amazing view. There is possibility to use a sofa as an additional bed if needed. There is plasma TV/SAT,DVD, CD player and internet connection for fair use.
Parking is insured for 3 cars, one of them in the garage. There is a mooring place bellow the house. The beach bellow is rocky, but with a pleasant entrance to the sea.

Guests have a possibility to rent a vehicle (Jeep Suzuki-Samurai cabrio or WW Polo) and a boat 3m
