House is situated on the west side of the island of Brac, on the edge of settlement Milna, surrounded with olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation. It is almost isolated on the slopes of the hill above picturesque Milna bay, assuring silence, relax and comfort.

The House is approximately 20 minutes by bus/car from the city of Supetar, which links to the mainland with not less then 15 ferry departures daily. Supetar is centre of island's cultural life, but also well-known tourist resort with numerous restaurants, coffee bars, disco...ideal for night life.
A further less then hour journey takes you to the city of Split, known for its ancient Diocletian Palace (UNESCO), and a great place from which to explore mainland.
House is located approx. 1000 m away from the beach and 500 m from the city center. The nearest supermarket is also 500 m away and the nearest restaurant only 300 m. Outdoor grill with a yard, table and chairs and parking space are settled behind the house.
There are only 2 apartments in the house. Downstairs live hosts, and upstairs is attic apartment for guests.
Entrance to apartment is by outdoor steps. One enters directly to the spacious kitchen and dinning area. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking stove with oven, dish wash, fridge, micro-oven....
Further, the space is open to living area with double corner couch, TV/SAT, table; ideal place for looking outside and relax, but also used as a second bedroom (couch can be easy fold out and used as a bed for two persons). Living room has direct exit to large terrace with amazing sea view to countryside and Milna bay. Also, from living room one enter to bedroom and to bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Apartment is suitable for 2-4 persons.
Owners give at disposal freezer situated in their apartment as well as internet access from time to time.
At the ground there is nice corner in the yard with barbecue and table with chairs to eat and enjoy outside.
Enough parking for 2 cars.
