MIRCA is a small village 3km west of Supetar towards Sutivan, attracting all with it’s tranquility and peace. The name itself reminds one of peace (“mir”) that one can find at the beautiful beach or among the old stone houses with stone-paved yards.

In the old center which is full of the atmosphere of forgotten island village life, time seems to stand still. Gumonca bay situated among pine trees, gardens and new houses, with it’s small fishermen’s wharf and beach is now the center of daily life.
There are several walking areas spreading in various directions: by the sea overlooking coastal contours and city of Split situated just opposite to Mirca; signed olive grove treks in Brac countryside reminding to past times, hike to Blaca desert (pustinja Blaca) feeling the intact nature and visiting the refuge of monks from the 15th century...go by foot to nearby Supetar with numerous hotels, restaurants and beaches....
House IB-MIR-0107 is located in new part of Mirca, eighty meters to the sea and beaches, with ensured parking 30 meters far from the house. Children playground is situated in the pine wood near the house ( 70m).
There are only two apartments in the house, each situated on the own floor with independent entrance. But, if a group of friends decide to spend holidays together, there is enough outdoor covered space for spending time together. Owners have been taking care about trees around: an old cypress tree and one pine tree grows up through terraces and a roof of the house. Even, this trees partly close view to the sea.
Both apartments are similar type with large, covered terraces ideal for outdoor spending time and eating outside. Each has a kind of lovely balcony suitable for morning "breaks" protected against strong summer morning sun. Each is completelly equipped for everyday life having comfort kitchen and bedrooms, bathroom with washing machine, air-conditioning.
It is possible to accommodate up to 12 persons in this two apartments.
Owners live in the separate part of the house during summer.
