Beautiful stone house located on a gentle slope, on a small promontory in the center of Postira having an amazing view to bay of Postira, the sea and contours of the mainland in the backround. It is only 10 meters away from the sea ( in the east direction) and 50 meters from the beach ( in the west direction).
Here, one can find relax and silence, pebble and rocky beaches as well as naturist beach, fun during evenings and all necessary facilities for a everyday life (ambulance, post-office, bank, restaurants, coffee-bars, market....). Those who search for night life can find more fun in nearby Supetar (9km) or Bol (38km). House is surronded with a nice yard full of flowers and parking besides the house.
There are three apartments for rent in the house with own entrance. The biggest one, suitable for 6+2 persons is situated at the 1st floor and consists of: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, large kitchen with dinning area, balcony and big terrace overlooking the sea. Two smaller apartments are situated on the 2nd floor; this apartments are door to door and are suitable even for a bigger group of friends who wish to spend holidays together.
Each is suitable for 4 persons. All three apartments are air-conditioned and have TV/SAT, cooking stove with oven and fridge with freezer in the each. Owners also live in the house. In their part of the house there is a barbecue which is at guest's disposal. Pets are allowed but only upon request.
