Villa is situated on island Brac, in charming old village Skrip, the eldest settlment of the island having only 200 inhabitants today; known already from Antic period. There is a famous Museum of island Brac in the village; St.Jelena Church, local shop which provides you with everyday needs. Skrip is situated above Splitska, in hinterland of island Brac, only 3km from the sea. Supetar, the biggest city on the island Brac and the main harbour is only 10 km far. Milna and ACY marina is about 20km far and smaller boat can be anchored in Splitska's harbour. You can easy go there (even by foot to Splitska) and eventualy wishing to have better range of shops, bars and restaurants, or just make sight-seeing you can do it easily in any direction of island.

The villa is single-story house with a total space of about 120m2, outdoor lovely covered airy-terrace about 30 m2 and a yard of about 500m2 with a pool. Having a unique position in a most unspoilt spot on a hill, 320m above-sea level with refreshing breeze, the whole villa and each bedroom, gallery, living room and cloister has amazing sea views in various directions; on the one side to the mainland and a canyon of the river Cetina, on the other to Biokovo mountain, the highest one on the whole Mediterranean coast ( St.George, 1.762 m) and old village of Skrip with Cerinic castle.
Even the property is the brand new one, looks like staying there for years. It was built using benefit of traditional Dalmatian style combined with archeological experience of the owners, preserving their love to nature and people, made with natural materials of wood and stone and creating outstanding man-sized house. It is, for sure, unique place where the guests can relax and enjoy in silent, nature sounds and fabolous views.
You enter the property on the groundfloor directly in the spacious air-conditioned living/dinning area ( 50m2) with very high ceiling; having a gallery, a small kitchen and a shower room/WC. A wooden staircase leads you up from the living area to the open first floor with a big gallery with an open plan double bedroom with a bathroom.The gallery has windows to all four directions, having balcony hidden in the roof with table with chairs and sea views and charming corner with writting table and chair. From the living/dinning area there is direct access to the cloister which has "L" plan surrounding living area on two sides and having table and chairs for outdoor meals and a "relax" corner with a sofa and an armchair. Just in front of it there is a pool measures 6,5m x 3,5m with sunbeds and an outside shower near it. At the groundfloor there is also a double room with a own shower room/WC. This room has a door to twin bedroom which has also access from outside terrace.
At a lower level is a cellar which you enter from the garden; it has two fridges, a freezer and a cooker (with oven) and is a good area for preparing meals for eating outside or grilling on the barbecue in the garden. There is an open air-barbecue in the yard for those who wish to have some additional possibilities for preparing the food. This property is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Parking for two cars is insured within the private possesion. Accommodation is suitable for maximum six persons.
