Villa is located in the centre of picturesque village Sumartin on island Brac near Split.

This traditional Dalmatian stone house that was completely renovated in 2009 is actually right by the sea and close to the shops, coffee bars and restaurants. It consists of 3-beds apartment at the 1st floor and two studio apartmentsat the 2nd floor but to protect guests' peace and privacy, it can only be reserved as a complete unit with a garden and pool. Only by exception, out of the main season, apartments might be rented separatelly. Thee-bedrooms apartment consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, livingarea with a kitchen and spaceful, partly covered terrace with a summerkitchenette and barbecue.
Both smaller apartments have double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with sitting room (sofa with extra bed for person). The interiors are tastefully designed and all apartments are equipped with all you might need during a stay. There is also a garden with a private swimming pool where you can enjoy a sea view . Apartments share terrace with summer kitchen and BBQ area, garden, private swimming pool, outdoor shower and parking. The swimming pool has heating, too.
Equipment in each apartment: washing machine, air conditioning, heating, TV, internet access, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, mixer. Surface area of the property: 250 m2, surface area of all apartment:s 125 m2, pool size 28 m2. Villa is ideal accommodation suite for families with children or groups of friends who want to spend time together while enjoying the natural beauties and sea activities on island Brac. Those who prefer more entertainment and activity can easily visit Bol which has a lively nightlife and plenty of sporting activities.
