This beautiful residence is situated in Sumartin, small and quiet fishing village still preserving spirit of the past times.

Sumartin is located on the east side of the island of Brac. During the season there are five direct ferry connections with the mainland (Makarska). Out of the season ferry departs three times per day. Sumartin is also well connected by the road with a top travel destinations: Supetar (38 km) - the main island's harbour connected to Split by dozen daily ferry lines and Bol (24 km) as well as with local airport (25km).
The residence is only 100 m far from the center of the town where you will find shops, travel agencies, post office and restaurants. Pharmacy and a doctor's office are 3 km away, gas station with ATM is 1 km away. The nearest pebble and concrete beach is about 80m far from the house, other beaches are 500m far.
This stone house is exposed to the sun during the whole day, one will be impressed with a view to the sea and amazed by the night sky and a billion of the stars. Breading fresh, salty island air and feeling the flavor of numerous Mediterranean plants and herbs might be new experience, specially for those who live in the big cities.
The residence can cater up to 26 people or it can be booked partly as an individual accommodation unit (villa or apartment). Villa has a swimming pool that is available only to villa's guests – if booked both villa and apartments together, guests staying in the apartments can also use swimming pool. Our strong recommendation is to book the whole complex in order to have complete privacy for a large group of people and possibility to enjoy in all features that this complex offers.
Villa itself has about 210m square meters indoor space and about 250m2 outdoor space (terrace and balcony). It consists of four bedrooms (sleeps 8), each with own bathroom, and one additional bathroom for all rooms. It is possible to use living areas as a bedroom if needed. In that case additional 4 persons can be accommodated. Each floor has a well equipped kitchen (stove, owen, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave owen, blender, toaster, coffee machine, espresso and cappuccino machine) and bar equipment. Villa's terrace features stone grill with the equipment and one electric grill. Swimming pool area is equipped by garden sofa set for 12 persons and 6 deck chairs. Several terracotta pots with flowers and green fence divide villa's terrace from the apartment's terraces. Villa is air-conditioned (cooling/heating units), there are internet access and a parking for three vehicles. Villa has a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Three apartments are situated at the groundfloor of the separate building having separate entrances and parking. Two of them are the same type two-beds apartments with one bedroom, one bathroom and spacious living/dinning area with a kitchen. This apartments are suitable for max 4 persons (family with kid(s). The third apartment is four-bed apartment suitable for maximum 4+2 persons. It consists of 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious living/dinning area with a kitchen. The apartments are completely furnished and equipped (stove, owen, microwave owen, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave owen, toaster, coffee machine) and they have access to the laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer. The terrace is equipped by a gas grill and solid fuel grill. All apartments have large terraces with a view of the sea with garden sofa sets and deck chairs, and one parking space assigned to each apartment. Apartments are air-conditioned (cooling + heating) and have internet access.
