Beautiful stone house, situated just 50m far from the pebble beach, there is only small pine grove dividing the house from the sea.
The center of Sumartin ( ferry harbour, restaurants, market...) is about 200m far.
This is three-story house: at the groundfloor there is a garage, parking lot and the gate. Outdoor stone steps surrounded by lemon and orange trees leads to the 1st floor where is one apartment. At the second floor there is 2nd apartment. Due to the type of the ground, this apartment is at the groundfloor at its backside.
If there are two friendly families/groups who rent both apartments together, they can walk around the house and make company together. But, if apartments are rented separately, there is another entrance at the backside of the house where guest who rent apartment No2 can park their car and have completely independent entrance.
The house is surrounded by sides of the stepped gardens with Mediterranean trees: olives, lemons and oranges. Apartments are 2-bedrooms apartments, comfort, light, with spacious outdoor space, each with an unobstructed view of the sea
Apartment A1 is suitable for 4 persons and apartment A2 is suitable for max six person 8 ideal for 4 persons). Enough parking place for 3 cars. Owners do not live in the house.
