House IB-SUP-0106 is located on the edge of town Supetar, the biggest city and real centre of Brac island, surrounded by olive grove and a yard, a wonderfully quiet holiday destination less then a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes of Supetar.

It is traditional, tastefully furnished apartment situated on two levels where the day-life is organized at the groundfloor and sleeping is organized at the first floor. The apartment features is a great dinning/living area and full kitchen with a nice terrace for outdoor eating, connected with several steps with a yard. Indoor steps leads to upper floor with 3 bedrooms, each with own balcony. One of matrimonial bedrooms has own bathroom; other two bedrooms share the same bathroom. Each bedroom, except the smallest bedroom with a single bed, as well as living area have separate air-conditioning unit. House is surrounded with a big yard with lot of plants and trees. There is a garage for one car and parking lots for additionally 2 cars. accommodation is suitable for 5-8 persons.
The nearest beach is 150m surrounded with shaddy pine wood, riched by restaurants, coffee-bars, as well as children play-ground. There are several great beaches in Supetar offering local sport activities such as: diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding, roller blading
Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place to have not just a relaxing beach holiday with the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car but also makes for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split. If walking is your thing, there’s plenty of lovely coastal and inland walks with many beautiful old stone villages to explore.
