House IB-SUP-0111 is located in the quiet arrea of town Supetar, the biggest city and real centre of Brac island, surrounded by the yard with vegetables and flowers, a wonderfully quiet holiday destination less then a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes of Supetar.

The house is a stone house with a large front vegetable yard, full of flowers and with a parking behind the house. There are two large and light apartments situated on the first floor of the house. The apartment features are large rooms, full kitchen with a kind of dinning-living area with a nice terraces for outdoor eating, connected with several steps with a yard. Entrances to the apartments are different, one is entering through yard, by steps to the large terrace, and other has entrance behind the house having own small yard with barbecue and smaller terrace. Apartments might be connected into one big apartment for 8 persons if needed - there is s door between apartments which is closed but should be opened if friends spend holidays together. Accommodation is suitable for maximum 8+1 persons.
The nearest beach is 150m surrounded with shaddy pine wood, riched by restaurants, coffee-bars, as well as children play-ground. There are several great beaches in Supetar offering local sport activities such as: diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding, roller blading
Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place to have not just a relaxing beach holiday with the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car but also makes for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split. If walking is your thing, there’s plenty of lovely coastal and inland walks with many beautiful old stone villages to explore.
The main occupation of owners is farming; one can get and buy fresh vegetable daily, olive oil, fruits....
