Makarska has a little bit of everything for every taste: disco on the beach for the young, dance evenings, cultural events, walks, beaches, challenging mountain Biokovo slopes above the town, the ferry port that has multiple daily connections to the neighboring island of Brac and Hvar.

The countless trips are offered daily to direction of island Korcula, vine-routes at Peljesac peninsula or Dubrovnik.
The long seaside promenade stretches for miles, and towards the city center in the direction of Tucepi and Brela.
A newly built modern building with private underground garage, built in 2011. The building is located at the entrance to the town of Makarska, situated only 500m from the center and 200m from the sea and beautiful sandy beaches. The ground floor is a cafe and pastry shop with a large garden, and six modern apartments, situated on the first and second floor.
Apartments are fully equipped, there is a central cooling system for the entire building and all rooms have cooling.
On each floor there are two smaller apartment (approx 60m2 each) and one larger apartment (100m2). The largest apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, very large living room, dining room and kitchen. All other apartments consist of one bedroom, living room, dining room and modern kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Accommodations are possible in the living room. Accommodation is available for up to 26 people.
