Apartments OS-DUC-0099 are located in Duce, a small village known for its nice, long sand beaches following each other, shallow water reaches out more then 150m – ideal beaches for small kids and people who are not well trained in swimming.

During the sixties and seventies a number of houses were built to be used as accommodation facilities. Duce is connected with the hinterland with a long footh-pathes (Zagora) and as such offers excellent home-made food, Omis is withing walking distance of 1km, and city of Split is only 20km far.

All apartments are with air-conditioning, front terrace with a shadow, well equipped small kitchens and king size matrimonial beds. On the groundfloor there are also three apartment. One of them is suitable for invalid persons even if they use wheel-chair. This apartment can be connected with apartment next to it what enables accommodatiopn up to 6 persons. This house isan ideal place for a large group of people who want to spend time together during holidays. There are six, well equipped apartments in the house as well a large (80m2) terrace and closed indoor space (ca 40m2) with a bar, plasma TV/SAT, bbq, parking for 16 cars, garage. The beach is only 70mfar. Either the house is locoated above the main road, approach to the beach is safe and built bellow the road. Local bus station is close, 50mfar, enabling easy travel to Split or Omis. At request, guest can have brekfast, use of washing machine and iron, as well as internet access.
