Apartments OS-IVA-0019 are situated in Ivasnjak|Lokva Rogoznica about 150m far from the big, large pebble beach with a restaurant just on the beach.

Either situated above the road there is no danger when going to the beach; there is a foot-path bellow the road and crossing the road is no needed.
There are 5 apartments in the house, two small studios for two persons each at the ground floor, big apartment with 2 bedrooms, balcony and terrace on the first floor. Two nice studios with air-conditioning , ideal for two persons, but suitable for four having comfort sofa which can be fold out are situated on the top floor of the house having common main entrance. If there is a large group who wants to spend holidays together, there is enough space in the court yard between the house to make company.
It is possible to accommodate maximum 16-19 persons in the same moment.
Guests have at common disposal parking and barbecue, as well as the washing machine upon the request.
Owners live in the same house.
