House is located in Marusici, a small village situated in the very heart of Dalmatia, 16 km far from the exit of motor-way Sestanovac.Vicinity of Makarska (18 km) situated under the steep cliffs of the mountain Biokovo, the highest one on the whole Mediterranean, and Omis (13km), ideal situated at the mouth of the river Cetina and washed by Adriatic sea.

There are two apartments in the house. The bigger one takes space of 150-square-meters on two floors which sleeps 8+1 people in four bedrooms with four bathrooms. It features balconies and a yard overlooking the sea. At the ground-floor there is entrance corridor leading to living/dinning room with air-conditioning, a large kitchen with double fridges with freezer, cooking stove with oven and all other necessary cooking and serving dishes. Additionally, one bathroom with washing machine is at the ground-floor. Inside steps connect the first floor where you can find 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Two of them have air-conditioning unit, own bathroom and exit to balcony (about 18 m2) with a sea view. Other two bedrooms are orienteted to the North side of the house and share one bathroom. Bedrooms are provided with bed-clothing, pillows....

You will love a yard in front of the apartment separated with stone walls on the several levels and a light pine-tree shadow during the whole day. You will find a big stone table and benches in front of the apartment, as well as air barbecue and deck chairs.

Smaller apartment ( 70m2) is on the second floor of the house and consists of entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen with dinning-room connected with large living area. Both – dinning and living area have exit to balcony overlooking the sea with table, chairs, deck chair and sun-umbrella. Guests who use this aprtment can use also one part of the yard, as well as a barbecue.
Enjoying in this apartments you will have parking space and cooling/heating at your disposal. You will be only 70 meters away from the small pebble beach with private approach to it through hundreds years old pine wood. The beach is pebble, seawater crystal clean and transparent with visibility more then 25 m deep. You and you children will like a shallow, the flavor of the sea and will enjoy in the sun.
