House is situated bellow the main road Split-Dubrovnik for about 200 m, sea is
about 40 m air distance, and the nearest beach is about 150 m far.

Market and restaurant are about 300 m far.
2 apartments are situated on the mezzanine and the second floor of the
house; each with separate entrance, each with wide sea view, arranged that
guest can feels cosy, intimately and relaxed - just what you need for your
holidays.Parking for 2 cars is within the possesion.
Outside steps leads to the app No2 - the bigger one. When one enter to the apartment there is a small hall which leads right to the main bedroom on the right side, just near is large bathroom;on the left side there is entrance to children bedroom and streight entrance to the livingroom.
Livingroom is spacious, in the left side of the space there is a couch/sofa which can be fold out for sleeping one person, TV corner and exit to balcony;
in the middle there is a dinningarea which is connected with a kitchen.
Additional window is on the kitchen"side". It is possible to accommodate max 4+1 persons.
Smaller apartment No1 is situated at the groundfloor of the house. One entering apartment through closed
court yard directly to the dinningarea and kitchen. On the left side there are doors for the bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a matrimonial bed.
There is possibility to accommodate 2 adults and a small baby child ( up to 6y).
