House OS-MIM-0037 has been family house for decades, even taking own name from a family nick name, and was renovated several years ago with much love, preserving the "old spirit" of the house where that was possible & taking a whiff of memories from many owners travellings.

Villa is situated just 10m far from the sea and two pebble beaches. There is coffe bar and restaurant at the bigger beach ( 50m far from the house).
Villa offers a high standard of accommodation that is not expected behind stone walls of Mediterranean squeezed houses in the small port of Mimice village. There are three large apartments in the villa, each on the own floor. There are also two common space: at the groundfloor there is a bar only for villa guests, on the third floor there is a patio forwarding to the sun galery with deck chairs and barbecue on the top of the house.
Parking is public parking oposite to Villa.
During the season guests may gather grapes and tomatoes which growes in the small fruit and vegetable yard behind the house.
The whole property consists of two houses; one that is hired just on the waterfront, and the other one, behind it, where owners live during the season. The space between houses consists of the patio which leads to sun deck and yards with grapes and some vegetable.
