Mimice, a small Central Dalmatian village, just between Makarska ( 20 km) and Omis (11 km), established about 3 centuries ago. Nice climate, shallow waters and pebble beaches, several footways for walking and jogging, good standard of accommodation and hospitality are just some of the reasons why Mimice is a perfect place for a pleasant family holidays.

If you are looking for entertainment, famous tourist and historic places are near ( Split, Omis, Makarska...) but also National parks and Parks of nature (Biokovo, Krka, springs Vruja, Blue Lake and Red Lake in Imotski...).Outdoor enthusiast can go rafting or cannoning on Cetina river in Omis.
The house is ideal for a bigger group of people (12-14 persons) who want to spend holidays together, are located on the western edge of the village with nice view to the whole Mimice, to the sea and island Brac. Apartments are connected and always offered with lower price if rented together. The ground floor of the house consists of the common entrance, smaller apartment, big kitchen and dinning room that belongs to bigger apartment. Bigger apartment, suitable for accommodation up to 10 persons, is situated on the two floors; on the first floor there is a very large kitchen space with double kitchen equipment in order to satisfy eventual different nutritional practice of the bigger group of persons. Separated dinning room is close to the kitchen having several dinning tables, TV/SAT, games (chess, playing cards...). Small terrace with barbecue is in front of the kitchen. Inside steps connect second floor with bedrooms. There are four bedrooms: two of them with own small bathroom, air- conditioning and exit to large terrace overlooking the sea, other two bedrooms share the third bathroom (there are ventilators in this 2 bedrooms).

Smaller apartment is suitable for 4 persons, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, large kitchen with air-conditioning, living-room ( additional beds-sofa) and exit to the wide terrace with a sea view.
The beach bellow the house is almost the private one, there are only three houses that share common private foot path to the beach. Foot path is leads through the pine wood shaddow with about hundred steps. The beach is rocky and concret, with a shallow with pebbles. Market, post-office, café bar are about 1 km far. Ensured parking behind the house.
