Villa is situated in the middle of the spacious (about 1.200 m2) private property which is stretching from the small local road to the sea with a private approach to the beach. On the beach, there is delightful offer in patisseries, pizza place, Dalmatian restaurant, and rental of ski jet, sailboard, parasol, deck chairs... Villa is located in Stanici, the village between Makarska (28 km) and Omis (3km). Accommodation is offered in two separate units, decorated with different colors, with accurately chosen details and antique pieces that are all around of villa. The villa would suit two or three families or a group of friends looking for a modern attractive accommodation.
Spending holidays here you can take opportunity to make half-day excursions to some of the well-known cultural and historical places like Split, Salona (Solin), Trogir, visiting some natural beauty like Cave Vranjaca, Blue and Red lakes near Imotski, climbing (even by car) to the highest Mediterranean peak ( St George, Biokovo mountain over Riviera Makarska, 1.762 m), enjoy in rafting in canyon of river Cetina near Omis and relaxing on the beach bellow the house at the same day. The beach is pebble beach with shallows. Owners do not live in the house.
