House OS-STA-0090 is an enthralling 180-square-meter villa which sleeps up to twelve people. It features terrace and a yard overlooking the sea.
You will have parking space 100 meters far from the house and cooling at your disposal. You will be only 50 meters away from the nice pebble beach. The sea is really not far from the house; by taking a path consisting of about 50 steps easy to climb down, you will get to the sea and to the nice pebble beach Velika Luka. You will find a limpid sea, small wooden piers, several fishermen coming in early mornings from the sea, coffee-bar, pizza place and restaurant, rental of ski jet, sailboard, parasol, deck chairs...
House is situated between Omis (4 km) and Makarska (28 km). There are two apartments in the house, ideal to be rented together, each with separate entrance. Smaller apartment is spacious (50mq) studio apartment situated at the groundfloor having direct exit to yard (80mq) overlooking the sea.
Bigger apartment is situated at two levels having a big kitchen divided with a bar from dinning-room and living area, terrace as well as one toilette room at the 1st floor.There is direct access from the dinning-room to covered terrace and from it to the yard (100mq).
The 2nd floor is connected with the 1st floor with inside steps and used only for sleeping having 3 matrimonial bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has double bed plus one single bed and own shower room. Other two bedrooms share the same bathroom (bath).
