House is located at Lozica bay, about 2 km far from Rogoznica in the west direction.

House is situated just 20 meters to the sea offering a fascinating possibility for holiday-accommodation with real touch with a nature. Exciting position of the house looks like its yard extending to the sea and a beach. The beach in front of the house is stone-flat beach where you can enjoy in swimming instead of the morning shower. Just 50m from the house there is a small pebble beach with shallow, nice for children. Sea view ( combined with flavour of the sea) is amazing: several islets on the west side, cape of Marina Frapa oposite to the house, sea, seagals, fishermen, long flate foot-path paralel following coast contours enablin long walks for kilometers and enable really relaxing holidays. There is the market and backery about 1 km far, several restaurants, tennis courts, disco-club...you can find them in Rogoznica or Marina Frapa which is oposite to Lozica bay. The nearest petrol station is in Primosten, 5 km far where you can find also „Aurora“ - the biggest disco-club on the whole Adriatic coast. One can make half-day excursions to one of the National Parks (Krka and Kornati), too.
There are only two apartments in the house, both at the ground floor and completely orientated to the sea.
Apartments are similar, consisting of a bedroom ( bigger apartment has additional one small bedroom) with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dinning/living area and terrace connected with a yard. There is possibility to have two additional beds (sofa) in the each livingroom. Apartments are provided with bed-clothing, cooking and serving dishes,TV, enough parking behind the house for cars.
Accommodation is suitable up to 9 persons.
