Lozica bay is a new settlement situated in a deep bay closed by Marina Frapa on the south and islet Jaz on the north, hidden from the waves and open sea with numerous islets. Rogoznica is just two kilometers far having a bank, post office, restaurants, ambulance.... Nearby Primosten is within the distance of 5km where is the nearest petrol station and the largest disco-club „Aurora“ in this part of Dalmatian coast.

House is situated 50m to the sea and beach, surronded with lot of plants and the whole year blossoming flowers. The beach is rocky with enough comfort space for sun-bathing. Small pebble beach with a shallow is about 150m far. The kind of flat landscape enables one to make long walks even with a baby child in the pram.
There are 4 apartments in the house, all the same type. Each consists of dinning / living area combined tohether with the kitchen. There is a sofa which can be fold out and used as a bed for an adult or two kids.There is a bedroom with a balcony as well as bathroom.
Three apartments are for 2+1 persons, and one is for maximum 4 (2adults + 2 kids) persons. There is no air-conditioning due to vicinity of the sea, "deep" terraces and position of the apartments; only app No1 has A/C unit. Apartments No3 and No4 are situated on the second floor having big common terrace with a sea view from which one enter to the apartment. – ideal for 2 friendly couples or families to spend holiday time together. Apartment No2 is situated on the mezzanine having own entrance and terrace. Apartment No 1 is situated on the second floor, just above the apartment No2, with own separate entrance.
All guests can use a bbq behind the house. It is possible to accommodate maximum 8-13 persons in all apartments. There is enough parking place within a private possesion.
Owners are couple in the late middle age and live in the house at the mezanine with their private entrance.
