There is only one comfort apartment for rent in the house. It is situated on the mezzanine, taking space of the whole floor with own entrance through spacious terrace.

Terrace is lovely, partly covered by the roof, orientated to the south and sun with a small vegetable yard and olive tree in front of it as well as an air-barbecue close to terrace.
Entering to the apartment one comes into large and light livingarea combined with dinning area and kitchen on the opposite side. There are two sofas that can be fold out if needed and an arm-chair situated in front of TV-set.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday life with serving and cooking dishes, fridge with freezer, cooking stow with oven. On the right side of the kitchen there is a window close to the table outside.
Small corridor leads into sleeping area with two bedrooms, bathroom (bath) with washing machine. Each bedroom is with matrimonial bed and spacious wardrobe. There is a single bed, too in the one of the bedrooms. Apartment is suitable for accommodation of maximum 4-6 persons. There is enough parking places on the backside of the house.
Pleasant foot-way leads to the beach about 100m far from the house. The beach is combined: there is a small pebble beach with a shallow waters and rocky and concrete beach with some trees making natural shadow. Along the shore there is a foot-path ( but possible to drive a pram) leading in direction Marina Frapa and Rogoznica; one can walk near the sea for kilometers.
Owners live in the sam house during the summer.
