Seven nice old settlements, seven citadels (Kastela - in English: Citadels), are an integral part of the tourist area between Split and Trogir. This region has been attracting people since ancient times. In nowadays it is an ideal location for those who wish to combine both: business & relax having within the distance of 20 km the airport, ferry harbor and motor-way.

At the other side, the natural beauty of countryside, the richness of nature, the harmony of stone houses and Mediterranean characteristic architecture are the first things that attract the visitor's attention. If you listen carefully maybe you'll hear one of the most beautiful 17th century Croatian legends, the one about lovers Miljenko and Dobrila.

House ST-KAS-0018 is situated in Kaštel Luksic, a tourist resort in the central part of the Kastela Gulf, famous for the botanical garden with Mediterranean vegetation, as well as for a nice pebble beaches.House is surrounded with about 400m of the yard which is closed with high green hedge; the whole house is only one apartment, situated on two floors. Completely, apartment has about 200 m2 with ground terrace 50m2 as well as another terrace,15m2 and balconiy,25 m2 on the firsts floor of the house. At the groundfloor there are: large kitchen, air-conditioning livingroom, tastefully furnished (40 m2), together with dinningroom and exit to terrace which is partly covered with upper balcony and with very nice corner under the kiwi shadow. The terrace is connected with a green yard with several steps. Large hall divide this common space from the bedroom, one bathroom and inside steps for the upper floor.

At the first floor there is an additional hall with exit to terrace, 4 bedrooms (2 with exit to balcony), a bathroom and a balcony.At the back side of the house there is a garage and parking for 2-3 cars. Accommodation is offered up to 10 persons. The beach is about 5 min walking distance from the house.

Jogging or walking funs can enjoy in 30 km long seaside promenade which connects all Kastela or in trekking areas on the hill Kozjak above the Kastela.
