Apartments ST-POD-0078 are situated in Grljevac/Podstrana, 8 km south from Split, in green environs. Everything is near: beaches, tennis courts, restaurants, coffee bars and disco clubs; but also astronomical observatory on the top of the mountain Mosor, Split and ancient Salona,Trogir and Omis which is famous about rafting.

House is about 200 m far from the beach, it is ideal accommodation for both: businessmen who want to rest outside from Split and tourists who want peaceful place for their holidays. Two apartments are excellent equipped, marked with 4 stars****; each bedroom has own bathroom, there is TV, washing machine, parking within the possession. There are three smaller apartments at the groundfloor, suitable for two-three persons each
Bigger apartment, suitable for 6 to 7 persons, is situated at the 1st floor of the house consists of a hall, living room with exit to terrace (possibility for additional bed), separate kitchen with dinningroom and exit to terrace, 3 doublebed rooms with 3 bathrooms, each with exit to balcony with sea view, one additional toilette with washing machine.
Smaller apartment is suitable for 4-5 persons, situated at the 2nd floor. It consists of a hall, large kitchen connected with living room, 2 bedrooms each with own bathroom and terrace with a sea view.
Apartments at the groundfloor consists of one bedroom, kitchenette, dinning and living area in one space. Their great advantage is a yard with a natural shadow of fruit trees green grass where one can enjoy in a natural environvemet. Next to yard is a barbecue.
Accommodation is limited up to 20 persons.
Parking is ensured in front of the house, but you do not need to use your car if you wish to visit Split or Omis. Local public transportation is well organized; bus drives every 20-40 minutes in direction Split/center and direction Omis/center.
