House is located in Podstrana-Mutogras, a tourist location known for a beautiful pebbly beaches and crystal clear sea waters, just on the half way between city of Split (12 km) and small city of Omis (10 km). House was built 20 years ago, but completely renewed in the year 2009.

Pebble beach is less then 60m far as well as walking area. Within the distance of 100 m there is a bakery, a supermarket, several restaurants, several coffee bars. In the circle of 500 m there are: a post office, a bank, a medical infirmary, a church, several grill restaurants with band music.
Just 2 km away is hotel Le Meridien with walking areas, green meadows, beaches, diving center, sport center (windsurfing, jetski, tennis courts), wellness spa, a casino and a nightclub.
Everything is near: beaches, tennis courts, restaurants, coffee bars and disco clubs; but also astronomical observatory on the top of the mountain Mosor, Split and ancient Salona,Trogir and Omis which is famous about rafting.
The apartment is spacious, enthralling the whole groundfloor of the house having separate entrance connected with veranda. Entering into apartment one come into corridor which divide apartment into two separate areas. On the left side ( opposite to the street and noise) there is sleeping area with two bedrooms, bathroom and additional toilette. On the right side there are large kitchen with dinning area and living room, both with exit to lovely yard.
One of bedrooms is with matrimonial bed and large wardrobe, smaller bedroom is with two single beds which can be united into double bed if needed. Each room has own air-conditioning unit.
There are jacuzzi tube and washing machine in the bigger bathroom.
Kitchen, dinning area and living room take space of about 50m2. Kitchen has „L“ plan having cooking stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dish-wash, micro-oven, coffee machine, cooking and serving dishes. Next to working area in the kitchen there is a large table for eating or making company together. This space is open to the yard and to living room.
Living area is with really large corner couch which can be fold out and used as a bed for 2 persons, TV/SAT.
Outdoor space is also spacious, with barbecue in one corner and table with chairs, lot of flowers.
Accommodation is suitable up to 6 persons.
Two parking lots are ensured in front of the house, but one doesn't need to use a car if wishes to visit Split or Omis. Local public transportation is well organized; bus drives every 20-40 minutes in direction Split/center and direction Omis/center.
