The villa is next to a secondary traffic-free gravel road facing the sea and the sun, looking like a hamlet - an assembly of several old stone Dalmatian houses lean-to each other, renovated with much love, preserving the "old spirit" of the house with many antique details inside. Even the outside pool and sun deck made of stone, look like staying there for centuries. The surroundings you will see are one rich in natural beauty and signs of a thousand-year story.

Villa is spacious, distributed on three levels, with several concrete and stone terraces, with balconies, a small internal shady yard with a table and benches and external covered barbecue area with a table and sitting set, too. Numerous green terraces with fruit trees, bushes, terracotta vases with flowers and green grass follow the slopes of the ground composing together an idyllic place from forgotten centuries and with all modern facilities.

The whole ground-floor of the villa consists of a large livingroom with stone fireplace and exit to terrace, dinningroom and excellent equipped kitchen. Next to this space, there is a kitchen/storage area called „konoba“ with fridges and freezers.

Internal steps lead to upper floors with two salons that are entrance to three matrimonial bedrooms each with own balcony and to the large bathroom with a bathtub. There is ann additional bathroom with a shower close to ourdoor fire place. There are sofa and couch in salons where one person or two small children can sleep.The villa is very luxury furnished with mostly antique furniture, paintings and sculptures of most popular and well-known Croatian artists.There is enough parking for three cars.

Even if it is situated in almost uninhabited area, where the guests can relax and enjoy in silent, nature sounds and amazing views, just 2km far there is supermarket, shops and restaurants, the beach and golf course is 4km far, casino' 5km far, centar of Split with it's Diocletian Palace, all facilities, famous shops are 15km far, 10km far there is Cave Vranjaca, 20km far in south direction there is Omis with most popular Croatian rafting (river Cetina), 20km far in north direction beautiful UNESCO protected Trogir, little bit further Sibenik and National Park Krka where one can even take bath under the waterfalls. And for all of you who come from to much illumined cities and have forgotten how does night sky looks like with billions of glittering stars , villa Blanca is an ideal place, only 7 km far from astronomical observatory „Zvjezdano selo Mosor“.

The villa can be taken with a chef service which can either be pre-booked or payable locally.
