CIOVO, an island in the central Dalmatian archipelago (length 15.3 km, width up to 3.5 km) ), in the north-west connected with the mainland by a bascule bridge in Trogir making an ilusion that it is a component of the coast. One can reach Okrug Gornji even walking by foot from Trogir.

Apartments are situated on the north side of Island Civo, only 50 m far from the sea and a beach. The center of Okrug Gornji is only 1,5 km far from the house, while Trogir is about 4 km far.
Accommodation is offered in two apartment each at the own floor.
The vicinity of the sea enables you to go to the beach even in the bathing costumes. Local public transportation includes a taxy-boat which departures each hour.
Due to the type of the ground both apartments are partly, or completely situated at the groundfloor.
Smaller apartment No1 is suiatble for accommodation of 2-4 persons. The main entrance of the apartment devide it to outdoor living space with a yard surrounded by pine & olive trees and sea view, and indoor space which consists of dinning/living room, separate kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and additional single bed and bathroom.
Bigger apartment No2 enthraling the whole first floor of the house.
On the South side it is on the ground level having own parking, entrance and a yard with a barbecue. On the North side apartment is faced to the sea and situated on the first floor.
Completely apartment has space of about 100m2 + loggia 16m2+ yard on the backside of the house 20+25m2
The plan of the apartment is devided into the living part with entrance corridor with a smaller bathroom (3m2), living area, dinning area, kitchen and loggia.
The sleeping part of the apartment is completely devided and has a corridor, big bathrom with washing machine and 3 bedrooms
Apartment have air-conditioning, well equipped kitchens, TV, bed-clothing, cooking and serving dishes...and ensured parking within a private possesion
