TG-OKR 0045

There are only several islands on the Croatian Adriatic that are connected with a coast by bridge. One of them is island Ciovo near Trogir. On its southern side there is a setlement Mavarcica, a hamlet of Okrug Gornji.

Numerous summer houses offer accommodation there.
Besides them, there is a House TG-OKR-0045, only 25 m far from the sea, almost completely hidden in the garden with a lot of plants, bushes and flowers. House is an ideal place for holiday accommodation having two apartments, each with separate entrance. Spacious terraces with sea view, screened from the strong sun and light with awnings are an adornment to apartments. One can go in bathing costumes to the beach, access to the beach is by short, green covered foor path. The beach in front of the house is concrete and rocky with small pebble entrance to shallow waters. Walking by the sea one can reach pebble beach within the distance of abt 400m, and litlle further there is naturist beach as well.
Market and restaurant are within the distance of 300-1000m, city of Trogir is 6km far.
Each apartment is sutable for comfort accommodation up to 5 persons consisting of entrance hall which devide living part of the apartment from the sleeping part where there are 2 bedrooms, one with matrimonial bed, other with 2 single beds. Close to them there is a bathroom.
Living part of the apartment consist of the large dinning/living room with table, chairs, sofa ( additional bed), TV, and easy connection with separate kitchen and nice terrace.
Apartment No1 enthraling the whole 1st floor). App No2 is situated at the 2nd floor and it was renowated in the year 2010.
In front of the apartments there is barbecue at disposal, and behind the house there is a private parking lot for several cars.
During the summer, owners live in the house in separate partment at the groundfloor of the house.
