This house is situated on the south side of the island Ciovo. It is important to stress that Ciovo island is connected with Trogir and mainland by bridge.It's surrounded with family, holiday homes.House is located approx. 100 m away from the sea and 1,5km from the center of Okrug Gornji. The beach is about 100 m from the house away. A further 300m there is a large gravel beach which is, because of the shallow water, particularly suitable for small children. There is also naturist beach within a distance of about 600m.

Smaller apartment is situated at the 2nd floor, suitable for accommodation of 2-4 persons. One enters to apartment directly from the nice, big terrace sun-protected with awnings. There is only one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath, separate kitchen and spacious dinning-living area which can be used also as additional bedroom for two persons.
Bigger apartment is situated at the first floor having two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a livingroom which can be used as an additional bedroom for one person. The terrace will be your the favorite place in this apartment, it is directly connected with a small yard with fruit trees:lemon trees, orange tree and a big fig tree. Natural sun protection will give you feeling that you are isolated from all other houses and modern facilities. Nice air barbecue is located at the edge of terrace.
There is enough parking place for your car.
Parking space is settled behind the house. Owner lives in a small annex at the groundfloor.
