House TG-SEG-0103 is located on the southern slopes of mountain Kozjak, 100m above the sea level, overlooking one of the most impressive Adriatic landscapes with picturesque bays, beaches, olive trees, cypress and wine yards in the near and extending to city of Trogir and the sea with numerous islands: Ciovo and Drvenik Veliki, Brac and Hvar.

This area is regarded by many as the famous for producing high-quality red wines and very good olive oil; thanking to sun and type of the ground excellent vegetables. In spite of nice clime and good offer of home made products, Trogir itself dominates in the whole area. Since it was founded by Greeks in 3rd century b.c. different nations governed in this area: Greeks, the Romans, Byzant, Hungary, Austria, Venice, French and Croats...today's Trogir is town museum with many trails of different historical periods. Seget Donji is a small, authentic village 2km far from Trogir, in nowadays it is almost connected with it. Partly, Seget Donji have kept a rustic ambiance where locals grow their own vegetables and produce the famous domestic wine.
The house TG-SEG-0103 is situated 500m far from the sea, in the middle of the large piece of land, having neighbors only on the east side of the house; there are no other houses in the near. If you wish to escape the usual tourist crowds this apartments will offer the perfect place to spend a peaceful and quiet vacation surrounded with breathtaking images of nature.
There are only three apartments in the house, all on the 2nd floor of the house. Each is with own small entrance hall, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dinning area, separate bedroom, balcony with a sea view, air-conditioning and TV/SAT. Various colors dominate in each apartment: yellow apartment (No1) for 2+1* persons is orientated to the south, blue apartment (No2) is orientated to the south and west and suitable to accommodate family of four ( 2 persons should sleep on the sofa in the dinning/ living area), and orange is suitable also for 2+1* persons – it is orientated to the east and north. The greatest value of this house is large outdoor space ( about 50m2) with a kind of the summer kitchen with barbecue, big wooden table with benches, old stone press for olives and sea view. Position of the house ensuring a mild and refreshing breeze during summer. Close to the summer kitchen there is a big vegetable yard, and behind the house there are some olive trees. Guests can use washing machine and iron upon request.
There is enough parking space for several cars.
