• You can search for holidays accommodation through our page and once you find an accommodation just for you, press the button

• You will receive a form which must be fulfilled:

yours mail address, name, number of persons (adults and children), exact or aproximate period of accommodation. In this moment we do not need any of yours personal datas.
Possibilty B
you have an idea how your holidays should look like, but it is heavy to search for a such specific place? Just click on:

Fulfill same query form like in previous example and under Your message write
• you wishes
• spetial requests (e.i...3 bathrooms, a week near Zadar + a week near Trogir, island, airport, rent-a-car, pets ...)
• type of the group (e.i couple or several couples, family 2+1 and family 3 adults + 2 children.....)
• age of the children (very important : teenagers have completely different needs comparing with 3-10 years old children)
• you will receive our answer with availability of wished apartment in period of your choice (A) or with our offer for some sort(s) of accommodation we think that the best fit your needs and wishes (B)
• we'll inform you also if there is any other potential guest who had already asked for the same or similar period (A)
• detailed descriprion of apartment(s) and house will be provided
• breaf description of envinronment
• terms of the payment
If you (non)agree with our proposals you will advice us about your final decision. In this phase you will ask any additional question you are interesting in. We'll reply immediately.
In the case that you decided to book one or more properties we need to know:
• full name and addres of the group “leader“
• names and family names of the persons who are coming, age of children
• your fixed tel.number ( and fax number if you have)
• mobile tel.number
• we issue Comfirmation of Reservation with all necessary datas, including the detailed information that your bank will need in order to make the transfer.

In order for your booking to take effect we need to receive pre-payment
• transfer should be sent by bank only
• in the period out of the season we expect transfer of the pre-payment within 7 days
• in the period of the season we expect transfer of the pre-payment within 0-3 days
After receiving pre-payment we issue:
• a voucher with detailed information about location, owners personal datas

• we 'll proivide you itinerar which will guide you just in front of the door of your holidays home
• If it hasn't been agreed different, we expect your arrival after 2 p.m. Owners or their represantives will wait for you and give you keys.
• Owners or their representatives will wait for you ( if not agreed or adviced different) till 08 p.m.
• Please, let you advice us ( by mail or SMS) or owner by SMS about any potential reason to be late.
• Owners or their representatives do not need to give you keys and permittion to enter into apartment if number of persons is bigger then agreed, or if there are pets in the house where they are not allowed.
• You must give owner yours documents ( passport or identification card )
• Documents will be returned you within several hours (not more then 24 hours)
• You will pay outstanding amount in cash to the owner or his representative
• Enjoy in each minute of your holiday time
• If not agreed different you must leave the apartment till 9 a.m.
